Here we have a vintage Tecumseh double-sided flange sign from the 1970s. It came from an old garage in Duluth, Minnesota. The black and white big block lettering contrasted with the red Chief's head is a striking design. Then you add the patina that the reproductions try to replicate (this bad boy was used). It's a killer package.
The bottom writing reads: "Scioto Signs Kenton, Ohio U.S.A. 1978."
The vintage Petroliana sign measures 24" x 16". As stated above, the sign has real patina. One side has more grime than the other. The "exposed" sign has grime close to the Chief's head. I think this can probably be removed but water alone didn't do it. I'll leave that up to you. The edges have considerable wear which is consistent with the age and use. When laying with the best facing up, the bottom slightly curves up. There are holes located at the top and bottom center positions. Please see all pics as they are part of the description. Let me know if you need any other pics.
