Here we have two vintage Minnesota Zoo posters containing typography designed by Lance Wyman. The Minnesota Zoo hit a home run when Wyman agreed to design their new logo and typography in 1981. It was voted one of the best designs of the year. I looked everywhere and can't find other Minnesota Zoo posters from this time for sale.

Both rare posters measure 24" x 18". The '83 poster was stored flat and the '82 poster was stored rolled up. Both posters show their age. The '83 poster has some slight curling and creasing in the top corners. The '82 poster has some significant creasing, especially along the edges (see pics). Both posters have some slight surface wear. Even through it all, the images and typography look great. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.
