Here we have a vintage industrial gooseneck desk lamp with the one of the coolest color combos I've seen. You got the pure white hat and shoes, and a full on industrial torso in between. And that solid gooseneck has a serious reach. This vintage table lamp may not have invented this functionality, but the look is a rare bird. Absolutely wicked.
I believe the desk light is from the 40s. There is killer patina throughout. It's a war weary tank that'll lead the fleet.
The white accent lamp stands about 17" at normal position and 24" straight up. The gooseneck alone is 15 1/2". The diameter of the base is 6". The diameter of the shade is about 6 1/2". The lamp works fine. I used it in my shop regularly. The wiring is vintage but I've had no issues. As always, please perform your own inspection and act accordingly. The length of the cord from the base is about 65". It looks like the light may have had a switch on base. Not sure what other purpose for the hole.
