Vintage Illustration Art of Killer Bear and Cavemen from 1950s

Here we have a vintage illustration art piece showing a bunch cavemen getting tattooed by a massive bear. And this bear isn't a fan of the axes and torches. He already got one of them, and the dude with the ax is about to be dinner. Check out the crazy eyes on that bear. He's no joke.

This crazy art piece is from a Chicago art collection containing illustration art from the 1950s. I'm not sure what publication it appeared in. Whatever it is, I'd read it. The artist is also a mystery. I can't find signature anywhere. This appears to be a mixed media piece on thick paper or thin board. It looks like a mix of charcoal or graphite and ink.

The illustration artwork measures 11" tall and 14" wide. There is some creases in the corners (see pics). There is some horizontal discoloration along the top. There is also evidence of adhesive on the reverse. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.

I ship to the continental USA only. The art piece will be shipped in an acid free sleeve. Free shipping on the vintage illustration.

You throw this in black frame, hang on the wall, and the place will get bustlin'. No talking, all crazy action. Art as it should be.
