Here we have a great looking European etching of a street scene, complete with a Fruit / Legumes shop and a crumbling wall with advertising. The detail is bonkers on this one. Love the shading on the crumbling wall.

The European print is a limited run, specifically number 29 of 100. It's pencil signed by a mystery artist. My guess is "Gourand" but I can't find any etchings matching my guess. Feel free to let me know if you have any ideas. I'm guessing the print is from the 40s but it may be earlier or later.

The vintage print came out of an art collector's estate in the Twin Cities area. The paper has a Lana paper watermark (see pic).

The unframed print measures 8" tall by 6." There is a slight discoloration spot to the right of the pencil signature. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.
