Antique Trouble Light with Wooden Handle | Early 1900s
Here we have an antique trouble lamp with a wood handle and smoking' cage and metal reflector. What a life this one has lived...hanging out when the industrial needs to take a step up. Beaten, bruised, yet never stronger. This old every day worker delivers the goods, then lights them up. The patina is wicked, especially the wear on the wood handle. Grip it and rip it.
The antique industrial lamp was found in an old machine shop in rural northern Minnesota. My guess it was created in the very early 1900s, and lived the industrial life ever since.
The antique trouble light measures 14" tall, and the cage is about 4" wide. As stated above, there is patina everywhere. The industrial cord measures about 86". The vintage light works fine. The antique switch has a funky turn, which is common with these sockets. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.
I ship FedEx to street addresses in the continental USA only (no PO boxes). Free shipping on the rare trouble light.
Industrial decor galore! These bad boys always get back up.
