Antique Postcard of Railroad Lumber Workers | Early 1900s RPPC
Regular priceSale price
Here we have an antique unused postcard of railroad and lumber workers with all the vintage denim workwear you can dream of. First, let's recognize the dude with the sombrero type hat. Anybody wearing that hat is obviously the leader. Obey his garbled orders or suffer the consequences. By the looks of the rest of them, they did suffer the consequences...or just ignored the leader. What a crew.
The postcard comes out of collection in the Twin Cities area. So glad I came across it. For all you denim hunters, this is a great reference to the styles of the time...especially the sombrero. Wish I had that thing right now.
The rare RPPC measures 5 1/2" tall and 3 1/2". The postcard was never used. The photo is a bit faded from age, slightly off center on the card. The postcard also has a slight curve inward. The edges are rounded a bit. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.
I ship FedEx to street addresses in the continental USA only (no PO Boxes please). Free shipping on the wicked postcard.
At ease, fellas. Step right over here and live in infamy.
