Here we have an antique unused postcard of a frenetic motorcycle race on some old Harley or Indian bikes. What a moment of Americana captured in this RPPC. Big props to the photographer. These racers are lean and mean, going for the gold. Nothing to see here folks!. What a crew.
The postcard comes out of a collector’s estate in southern Wisconsin. So glad I came across it. For all you old motorcycle enthusiasts, this is a great reference to the vibe of the time. I need that Moto!
The rare RPPC measures 5 1/2" tall and 3 1/4". The postcard was never used. The photo is a bit faded from age and there is a sight bend and doesn’t lay entirely flat (see pic). Please see all pics as they are part of the description.
