Antique Photograph of College Football Team | Early 1900s
Regular priceSale price
Here we have a rare antique photograph of a college football team ready for the play, while the quarterback is calling an audible. I've never an old photo with the quarterback changing the play. Such a rare and unusual image for the early 1900s. And then your throw in the killer gear they're sporting. A cool scene.
The antique photograph comes out of a Twin Cities estate containing a large collection of rare and unusual photography from the early 1900s. This example is no exception. On the reverse someone taped an article about the meeting that people believe to be the Big Band of modern football. Not sure how it relates to the image but it's a cool article nonetheless.
The antique photo and backing measure 9 1/2" tall by 12 1/2" wide. The actual silver print photo measures 4 1/2" tall by 8" wide. The piece is in a very good shape. There is a small loss in the bottom left corner. . Please see all pics as they are part of the description.
I ship FedEx to street addresses in the continental USA only (no PO boxes). Free shipping on the rare antique photograph.
