Antique Photograph of Cadaver and Medical Students | Early 1900s
Here we have an antique photograph of a medical crew working on a cadaver with its better days behind them. We got old morbidity here, but you gotta hand it to the instructor smokin' the pipe no matter what the situation. Smoke'em if you got'em, Monty! I don't even want to think about the chemicals he's lighting up and taking a toke. People were tougher in those days, and really addicted to pipe tobacco. Plus, they always had clean elbows....(ahem). So weird.
Now check out all the old funky medical charts in the background. The bottom of the photograph states "Howard - Tucker - Dodson - Miller - Brown." I'm not sure what the names reference. She's a mystery to me.

The vintage morose photograph and backing measures 9" high and 11" wide. The actual photograph measures 8 1/2" by 6 1'2". The edges of the backing are experiencing some losses and wear.
