Vintage Mid Century Last Supper Metal Relief on Wood | 1960s

Here we have a vintage mid-century metal relief of the Last Supper with the best aerial view. This is not your usual style....Jesus and the disciples have some serious flair with the hand situation and painful head tilts. Crazy detail everywhere. The industrial tint of the embossed metal will fit anywhere, from loft to bungalow. And don't forget to mention to your guests that this ornate industrial piece was made in Spain, likely in the 1960s.

The Spanish Last Supper relief comes out of the an art collector's estate in a ritzy suburb of the Twin Cities.

The vintage religious relief measures 25" tall by 11" wide by 1" deep. The metal relief measures 20 1/2" tall by 8 1'2" wide. The piece is in very solid shape. The metal is cut above Jesus' head. The metal overlaps. You can't even see it unless you look from the left side. There are some natural waves in the relief, as to be expected.
