What a pose! Here we have a small British etching from the 1800s. The artwork was found in a stack of European prints from the early 1800s. This gentleman knows his fashion sense. From the English cap to the small lens glasses, he's fit to be tied. The rare art print is initialed "A.H." in the plate. The engraver is a mystery to me.
The rare print measures 8.75" x 5.5". The image measures about 5.5" x 4.5". When you hold the print to a light, you can see foxing throughout. The bottom left corner of the image is loose from the thick backing paper. Please see all pics as they part of the description.
