Antique Deco Walking Cane | 1920s Unusual Metal Folk Art

Here we have a rare Art Deco walking cane with an usual silver plated handle and full on metal shaft. I'm looking high and low for this unusual handle design with a ball at the end. No luck so far. Then you add metal with complete with to the rest of the folk art piece, and you have a wicked mystery on your hands. Usually the shaft is ebonized wood. Full throttle bizarre, and one cool cookie.

You probably guessed the material gives the piece significant weight. You are well protected when walking down the street with this folk art accessory. Raw and undisciplined...and right at the heart of the 1920s.

The unusual handle may have silver plating (not sure), some of which has worn off. The handle does not magnetize, but the shaft fully magnetizes.

The rare walking stick was acquired in the Twin Cities area. The full background of the folk art cane is a mystery.

The rare walking stick measures over 34 1/2" tall. The handle measures 4" long. Every inch of this cane has perfect patina. The ferrule at the bottom looks like very worn rubber straps. Please see all pics as they part of the description.

I ship FedEx to street addresses in the continental USA only (no PO boxes). Free shipping on the walking stick.

How much you wanna bet this wicked walking stick visited many underground speakeasies? And I'm not even a betting man.
