Here we have a stunning blue World War 2 Sukajan jacket straight out of Minnesota estate. Before we get to the jacket, we need to cover the origin story. The Navy officer who purchased this custom beauty was stationed in Japan in the mid to late 1940s. And he made the wise decision to wear this thing, as evidenced by the wear.

Now the jacket. The blue surrounding the white raging tiger on the back will burn your retinas. Perfect color combo. Then he makes another appear on front top left chest, squaring off against a raging eagle. Then you reverse the jacket and hit the colorful dragon in the black, screaming at a volcano. Check out the flowers!  The image on the front mirrors the reverse situation, except with different colors. All in all, a bonanza of wickedness, images and color....and a fully functioning vintage SPEED TOKYO zipper.

The tag for the vintage Sukajan jacket is too faded to tell the size. Here are the measurements:

- Pit to pit - 20"
- Collar to hem - 25"
- Shoulder to wrist - 23"

As stated above, the jacket has significant wear. Here are the notes:

- The collar, wrists and some of the bottom hem have considerable wear and holes. Please see all pics.

- There is a slight water stain evident on the back of the blue/white side. I'm not going to attempt any cleaning. I'll leave it up to the buyer.

- There are some small stretch holes in the body of the jacket.

Having said all that, this baby Pops and is as authentic as it comes. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.

I ship FedEx to street addresses in the continental USA only (no PO boxes). Free shipping on the rare WW2 Sukajan jacket.

Watch your retinas. Love looking at this piece of history.
