1960s Metal Architectural Element from Chicago | Geometric Art

Here we have a rare and unusual metal architectural element with all the geometric shapes to float your ship. This is one of the coolest and most unusual pieces I've come across. If you want a portable yet impactful architectural statement piece, I might slam on the brakes and take a gander at this bad boy. This has gallery or loft living written all over it. Basically, I can't stop looking at it. Then you play around with half light with this metal beast, and you're cooking with hot sauce. Black metal industrial chic. Unreal badness.

The rare architectural apparently comes of an architectural installation in Chicago, circa 1960s. You can tell the rare metal artwork spent some time amongst the elements, including a small scratched graffiti mark (see pic). I don't know the artist behind the piece, so we're dealing with a mystery artist.

The vintage metal artwork measures about 24" tall, 12" wide, and 2" deep. As stated above, there is patina throughout the piece. There are a couple impact spots along the edges. The two ledges on the back have screws attaching two piece to latch around metal poles...but no metal poles here. As you can imagine, the metal artwork has a bit of weight. Good to hang it from a stud. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.

I ship FedEx to street addresses in the continental USA only (no PO boxes). Free shipping on the rare architectural element.

I'm at a loss for words on this metal geometric showstopper. It delivers everything you want.
