Here we have two vintage watercolor paintings of figural subjects in Madagascar. These vintage paintings are fascinating and well-executed. Both paintings are signed "N. Ramanoelina" and dated 1948. On the back the following is written in ink: "Scenes of Madagascar." The vintage paintings were gifted to two separate people from a someone named Lauren on November 17, 1948.
