Here we have a 1930s employee badge of a female worker from Campbell Soup Company in Camden, New Jersey. You can tell she’s the influencer and the ultimate boss. You can see it in her face and that fantastic smirk. They don’t make employee badges like they used to. The circular metal is a fine looking piece of history.
The rare vintage employee badges comes out of an old machinist’s collection in the Twin Cities area. Given the employee number, it was likely created in the late 1930s or early 1940s.
