The antique retablo painting comes out of the estate of a serious art collector in Stillwater, Minnesota. I was told the painting was created in the early 1900s.
The antique Spanish Colonial retablo on wood measures 19 1/2" tall by 3 1/2" wide. The colors are extremely vibrant. There is evidence of age throughout the painting (see pics).. None of it takes away from the power of the piece. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.
