Here we have the perfect centerpiece for your immaculate dinner table spread. It's a vintage life size skull carved out of solid wood. The piece originated from India, likely from the 60s or 70s. The wood carved skull partitions are the bees knees. I don't know what the artist was going for, and I don't care.
I'm not sure about the wood grain but I know you could do some damage to your drywall with this skull. Not to mention the dude's got some choppers that'll stop the presses and set the town abuzz. And he's always ready to make a great impression with that smile. He's a oddity peach! Outstanding. He just lights up the room.
The unusual skull measures about 6" tall, 5" wide and 7" deep because of those sweet choppers. As with any wood carving, it's difficult to determine "after market" dents and dings when the carving process demanded the D's. There's a cool indent in the left eye socket and lean crater in the mid forehead. There's a (display?) hole on the bottom. He tips a bit to the left on certain uneven surfaces.
